Notice is hereby given that the Executive Subcommittee will be meeting to take action authorized by the Board of Directors of the Lower Platte South Natural Resources District on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., at the District office, 3125 Portia Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. The authorized action will be to consider approving a license agreement with Toi Sonthana concerning the use of an easement area at 2880 County Road A, Valparaiso Nebraska for North Oak 2-A.
An agenda of the meeting, which shall be kept continually current, is available for public inspection at the principal office of the Lower Platte South NRD, 3125 Portia Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on regular business days.
