The Lower Platte South NRD uses NRD funds, resources and authorities to complete projects that further the public good. The NRD Board obligates funds for the projects and includes opportunities for public input. The project phases generally include initial study, design, permitting, land rights and construction. Completing these projects typically includes partnering with other agencies, the public and landowners.
