For your information, below is a link to a document that includes a copy of Ken Vogel’s application, the vacancy press release, maps of the Subdistrict, the NRD policy on Director vacancies, and the applications from Melissa Baker, Ron Bottorff, James R. “JJ” Johnson, and Harry Muhlbach for the Subdistrict 3 vacancy.  The Executive Subcommitee has interviewed the responders virtually and will recommend during the December 16 meeting Vogel be appointed to fill the vacancy.  The Board will be asked to approve the recommendation at that time.
